* fix: resolve pointer reuse bug in GetZones and GetRecordsByZoneNameAndName

The zone and record variables were declared outside the loop and reused across iterations, causing all pointers in the returned slices to reference the same memory location.
This resulted in all zones/records having the value of the last item retrieved from the API.

This bug caused zone matching to fail when multiple zones were present, as all zone pointers referenced the same (last) zone.

* fix: use strings.Builder to resolve linting issues
