Add e2e test suite with Playwright (#93)

* feat(e2e): add playwright-based e2e test suite

Add comprehensive e2e tests for the web UI using playwright-go:
- Basic functionality: home page, secret creation/reveal, validation
- File uploads: tab switching, file upload/download, info display
- Authentication: login popup, success/failure, session persistence

Includes CI workflow running on ubuntu-latest with playwright caching,
and Makefile targets for local development (e2e, e2e-ui, e2e-setup).

* refactor(e2e): use t.TempDir() for test files

* feat(e2e): add email popup and file download tests

- Add email tests: button visibility, popup opening, send failure, cancel
- Extend file upload test to verify PIN submission and download confirmation
