feat: change commit shortcut to CTRL+A

- Update the primary commit keybinding from `CTRL+X` to `CTRL+A`.
- Remove `CTRL+C` from the local view handler to prevent conflicts with
  standard terminal interrupt signals.
- Update the help text footer to reflect the new keybinding.
