- add e2e/ directory with Playwright test suite (28 tests)
- test coverage: auth, CRUD, history, permissions, search, UI modes
- add make targets: e2e-setup, e2e, e2e-ui, e2e-report
- add GitHub Actions workflow for CI
- tests run sequentially with shared server for HTMX stability
