Replaced type terms from Python 2

Details:

* Replaced :term:`string` and :term:`unicode string` with
  str or :class:`py:str` depending on context, and removed these
  terms from the appendix.

* Replaced :term:`byte string` with bytes or :class:`py:bytes`
  depending on context, and removed that term from the appendix.

* Replaced :term:`integer` with int or :class:`py:int`
  depending on context, and removed that term from the appendix.

* Replaced :term:`number` with int/float or :class:`py:int/float`
  depending on context, and removed that term from the appendix.

* Added the type to any function/method return types, so it is
  shown as 'Return Type' in the documentation.

* Added the type to any properties, so it is shown as 'Type' in
  the documentation.

* Fixed the syntax for arbitrary text used in 'Raises:', by
  adding ':'.

* Changed the CSS style for generated links to be consistent
  with normal blue links.
