#145: Support Promise<Executor> in CLI createExecutor type

Added support for both synchronous and asynchronous executor creation in CLI.

Changes:
- CLIOptions.createExecutor: Now accepts TExecutor | Promise<TExecutor>
- createExecutorWithFlags: Made async, handles both sync and async with instanceof Promise check
- All 7 command files: Updated to await createExecutor() calls
- Test fixes: Updated extendCLI tests to await executor creation

Benefits:
- Database adapters can use async initialization (Firebase, MongoDB, etc.)
- No more unsafe type casts required
- Fully backward compatible
