Add Freegle logging context headers to Loki

Extract X-Freegle-Session, X-Freegle-Page, X-Freegle-Modal, and
X-Freegle-Site headers from API requests and include them in log
entries. This enables hierarchical context capture for improved
log analysis and debugging.
