refactor: rename RaftMsg variants for consistency

Standardize naming conventions across RaftMsg and RaftMsgName enums
to improve clarity and follow consistent patterns.

Changes:
- Rename `InstallFullSnapshot` to `InstallSnapshot` (standard Raft RPC name)
- Rename `BeginReceivingSnapshot` to `GetSnapshotReceiver` (follows `Get*` pattern)
- Rename `ClientWriteRequest` to `ClientWrite` (remove redundant suffix)
- Rename `EnsureLinearizableRead` to `GetLinearizer` (follows `Get*` pattern)
- Rename `ExternalCoreRequest` to `WithRaftState` (describes action)
