* feat: generate .mjs files for ESM build

Configure tsdown to output .mjs files for ESM and .cjs files for CJS.
Update package.json exports and types to point to the correct files.
This ensures proper ESM support in modern environments.

Rename tsdown.config.js to tsdown.config.ts and use fixedExtension: true to ensure .mjs output.

This ensures proper ESM support in modern environments.

* feat: generate .js files for ESM and .cjs for CommonJS

Switch to using standard .js extension for ESM in a type: module package.
This ensures better compatibility with tools and browsers.
CommonJS files are explicitly generated as .cjs.
Updated package.json exports and types accordingly.
