Upgrade all npm packages (#55)

* feat: upgrade all packages to latest versions

- Upgraded all root dependencies and devDependencies to latest versions.
- Upgraded all example directory dependencies and devDependencies to latest versions.
- Fixed `example/eslint.config.js` to be compatible with ESLint 9 Flat Config and updated `eslint-plugin-react-hooks`.
- Added `react-dom` to root devDependencies to resolve version mismatch with `@testing-library/react`.
- Verified changes with unit tests, e2e tests, and example build/lint.
