chore: upgrade all dependencies and fix module file generation (#58)

- Upgraded all `devDependencies` to their latest versions using `pnpm up --latest`.
- This upgrade included `tsdown` to v0.18.1, which now correctly generates `.mjs` files for ESM build output.
- This resolves the issue where `package.json`'s `module` field pointed to `lib/index.mjs` but the file was missing (it was previously generated as `lib/index.js`).
- Verified build and tests pass with new dependencies.
- Verified example project works with updated package.
