test: add unit tests to improve code coverage (#110)

Add comprehensive unit tests for low-coverage modules:
- Live_vue internals: object hashing, prop/stream diffing, and socket utilities
- SSR module: binary/map response handling, telemetry instrumentation
- SSR NodeJS integration: component rendering with props/slots via nodejs package

Includes mock ESM server for testing NodeJS SSR without external dependencies.
