Increment version to 1.2.0 and add new functionality for subset (S)CCRAM analysis. Introduce `all_subsets_ccram` and `best_subset_ccram` functions along with their respective result classes. Enhance `__init__.py` to include new functions in the module's API. Add comprehensive tests for the new functionality, ensuring correctness and edge case handling.
