feat(auth): add optional authentication for link generation

add password protection for creating secrets while keeping consumption
anonymous. web ui shows login popup, api uses http basic auth.

includes:
- session-based auth with signed tokens (HMAC-SHA256)
- configurable session TTL (default 7 days)
- bcrypt password hashing
- login popup with auto-focus and form data preservation after login
- comprehensive test coverage
