Refactor None tests to use pytest.mark.parametrize

Integrate None model_systems test cases into existing parametrized tests:
- Added None case to TestKSpace.test_normalize
- Added None case to TestKSpaceFunctionalities.test_resolve_high_symmetry_points

This follows pytest best practices by extending existing test coverage
rather than creating separate test methods.
