[MAIN] Removed all ASSET deprecations related to the verbose parameter (#669)

* Removed all verbose parameter declarations/usage and associated deprecation warnings

* Added notes to the main ASSET class docstring explaining the usage of logging throughout the analysis

* Fixed logger calls that were missed because they were inside an else block

* Removed tests that were checking for the deprecation warnings

* Fixed wrong method name to set logger level
