Beta distribution GoF criteria (#62)

* initial commit

* fix style

* tests: Refactor tests for goodness-of-fit statistics to use precomputed expected values instead of generated data.

* tests: Add missing precomputed value tests for remaining Beta statistics

- Add regression tests for Chi2, Ratio, Entropy, and Mode statistics
- Ensure all Beta distribution statistics now have accuracy verification

* fix repeats

* Add short_codes
