Ensure full test coverage on main branch pushes (#218)

* Initial plan

* Enable full test coverage on main branch pushes

- Modified detect-changes job to only run on pull requests
- Updated all service jobs to run on every push (including main)
- Updated all adapter jobs to run on every push (including main)
- Added parallel flag to Coveralls uploads in reusable workflows
- Added coverage-summary jobs to aggregate and finalize coverage for main branch
- Ensures stable, consistent coverage metrics on main branch

* Address PR feedback: add integration coverage uploads and fix conditions

- Add Coveralls upload steps to integration test workflows with parallel flag
- Fix vectorstore-integration-ci condition to match other integration jobs
- Add 5 integration test jobs to coverage-summary needs list
- Update carryforward to include 5 integration coverage flags
- Update documentation to clarify 15 unit + 5 integration tests
