Add container-level proxy support to facet-value and format suite

Implementation changes:
- facet-value/src/deserialize.rs: Add container-level proxy support
  using begin_custom_deserialization_from_shape()
- facet-value/src/deserialize.rs: Add field-level proxy support for
  struct deserialization using begin_custom_deserialization()
- facet-value/src/deserialize.rs: Stringify numbers when target type
  expects String (needed for XML type inference)

New test case (test #18):
- proxy::container - verifies #[facet(proxy = IntAsString)] allows
  deserializing a ProxyInt from a string representation

Note: Roundtrip is disabled because facet-format serializer doesn't
support proxy conversion yet.

Both JSON and XML formats now pass 18 tests.
