* Fix JSONParsed event field names and add integration test markers

- Fixed chunking tests to use correct field names (parsed_message_ids instead of message_ids, added parsing_duration_seconds)
- Added @pytest.mark.integration markers to all integration tests for selective test execution
- Removed unused import (List) from integration tests
- Removed unused service variable from test_consume_json_parsed_event
