refactor(classifier): Deduplicate scoring logic

Introduces src/build_a_long/pdf_extract/classifier/rules/scoring.py with score_triangular, score_linear, and score_exponential_decay helpers. Refactors SizeRatioRule and CoverageRule in geometry.py to use these helpers, simplifying their implementation and reducing code duplication.
