CA-420856: Re-read inventory file when resetting network (#6789)

Before resetting, the inventory file is probably updated. For example,
during pool.eject, the "MANAGEMENT_INTERFACE" will be set to"".

Re-reading the inventory file here can avoid reading stale data.
