Fix SkipLogs/SkipZaps bug using passed-in instance instead of global LOG

- Add amino field to SkipLogs/SkipZaps to store base instance
- Fix Skip() method to use amino instead of global LOG when depth > 4
- Add English/Chinese comments
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Update release.yml workflow versions
- Update README documentation
