Fix where in query with raw column (#6323)

* Fix where in query with raw column binding

* Add integration test

* Correct the tests for whereIn(knex.raw()) parameter binding handling

The tests were using `?` for an identifier, which did exercise that
the ordering was correct, but the queries would be invalid. Instead
we use COALESCE(column, value) to exercise both identifier and value
bindings.
