refactor(extractor): Add factory methods and extract drawing utilities

- Add Text.from_texttrace_span() factory method
- Add Image.from_image_info() and Image.with_smask() factory methods
- Add Drawing.from_drawing_dict() factory method
- Add BBox.from_rect() for RectLike objects
- Extract drawing utilities to drawing_utils.py (convert_drawing_items, compute_visible_bbox)
- Make smask extraction optional with include_smask=False default
- Simplify extractor.py by delegating to factory methods
