Add basic operation and inspection support for system, pool, lun and host
of a Unity storage system.
Ready for libstorage API integration.

Detail feature including:
* Add meta data retrieval for resources.
* Add REST API mock for unit test.
* Abstract the base struct `Rsc` and `RscList`.
* Define interface `Rscer` and `RscLister`.
