:sparkles: Add automatic gzip decompression for Buffer responses

The Edilkamin API now returns gzip-compressed data in Node.js Buffer
format for component_info, nvm, and status fields. This change adds
transparent decompression so all existing functions work seamlessly.

- Add buffer_utils module with is_buffer, decompress_buffer, and
  process_response functions
- Update device_info() to automatically decompress Buffer fields
- Maintain backward compatibility with plain JSON responses
- Add comprehensive tests for buffer utilities and integration
