feat(facet-yaml): add trial parsing for multiple string-like variants

Use vtable.parse to probe whether a scalar value can be parsed into
a type, enabling proper disambiguation between types like IpAddr and
String in untagged enums. Parseable types are tried first, with String
as a fallback. Also fixes YAML boolean recognition to use parse_yaml_bool
for yes/no/on/off/y/n support.
