Replace demo CLI with argparse subcommands

Evolve from simple demo script to full-featured CLI with:
- 'discover' subcommand for BLE device discovery
- 'info' subcommand to retrieve device information
- Support for both CLI arguments and environment variables
- Environment variables now use EDILKAMIN_ prefix
- Proper exit codes and error messages to stderr
