docs(pages): transform HTML to Markdown and simplify documentation

- Transform all HTML elements to Markdown notation across all pages
  - Replace <p>, <ul>, <li>, <code>, <strong> with Markdown equivalents
  - Preserve headers with id/class attributes for navigation
  - Keep CodeBlock components and diagram divs intact
- Simplify metadata.mdx by removing redundant sections
  - Remove duplicate examples (keep one per section)
  - Remove Real-World Example, Source Code, Comprehensive Tests
  - Remove Common Patterns section
  - Condense Usage section to bullet points
  - Reduce from ~448 to ~220 lines (50% reduction)
- Net result: -752 lines across all documentation pages
