chore: Configure Prettier and React Compiler

This commit standardizes code style and prepares for future
performance improvements:

*   Introduces Prettier for automatic code formatting and adds
    an explicit `format` script.
*   Integrates `eslint-config-prettier` to avoid conflicts.
*   Adds `eslint-plugin-unused-imports` for cleanup.
*   Sets up React Compiler support via
    `babel-plugin-react-compiler` (Vite) and
    `eslint-plugin-react-compiler` (ESLint).
*   Applies initial formatting fixes across source files.
