Propagate selected config file basename through all `ConfLeap.*` (#28)

*   Select config file basename via a list of candidates and use it for every `ConfLeap.*`.
*   Rename config files to avoid `ConfLeap.*` suffixes (use the same basename). 
*   Populate description for all fields in `--config` output.
*   Add fields for both `ConfLeap.leap_input` and `ConfLeap.leap_derived` to `--config` output.
*   Improve `venv` creation mock for both `uv` and `pip` for `test_fast_fat_min_mocked`.
*   Use `create_min_layout` & `create_max_layout` for `test_fast_fat_min_mocked`.
*   Fix rendering `PackageDriverType` field value.
