feat(facet-macros): add UPPERCASE and lowercase to rename_all styles

Add two new rename_all options:
- `UPPERCASE`: converts `foo_bar` → `FOOBAR`
- `lowercase`: converts `foo_bar` → `foobar`

These styles remove separators and convert to the target case,
useful for formats requiring identifier-like strings without
underscores or hyphens.

Closes #1121
