Enhance deployment readiness check and add timezone/cron job options

Improve checkDeploymentReadyStatus in deploy.js to correctly handle
shell execution output using a promise and a callback for better async
control and error reporting.

Refactor pod status logging in deploy.js to provide more detailed output
during deployment checks, including:

Clear logging for ready pods.

Improved status messages for non-ready pods based on container
initialization, build process, and other common deployment states.

Add new CLI options for run command in index.js and implement them in
run.js:

--cron-jobs: Specify cron jobs to run.

--timezone: Set the timezone for the runner execution.

Update src/server/process.js to support an optional callback function in
shellExec options for asynchronous command execution with output
handling
