fix(diff): use minimal option names in facet-assert

Enable `with_minimal_option_names(true)` in facet-assert's PrettyPrinter
so that Option values display as `None` and `Some(...)` instead of the
verbose `Option<T>::None` and `Option<T>::Some(...)`.

Also adds a diff_showcase example for facet-diff demonstrating various
diff scenarios including struct changes, Option fields, nested structures,
vectors, and enums.

Closes #1093
