feat: add deposit script for native token deposits via DEX

Add deposit.ts script that deposits native ETH/RON via the DEX
depositor, which swaps to USDC and deposits to the gateway.

Also adds getDeployedAddress() helper to utils.ts for fetching
contract addresses from gemforge.deployments.json.
