#110: Fix v0.6.0 documentation - generic type parameters are breaking change

Corrected false claims that generic type parameters have default values.
Updated all documentation to reflect that type parameters are REQUIRED:

- Changed "Non-Breaking" to "BREAKING CHANGE" throughout docs
- Removed all "= IDB" default value claims from signatures
- Updated migration effort estimates (5-15 min → 10-30 min)
- Added required step for adding type parameters to interfaces
- Fixed README.md examples (IRunnableScript → IRunnableScript<IDB>)
- Replaced .highlight with .note (no styles defined for .highlight)
- Added GitHub alerts ([!IMPORTANT], [!NOTE]) to README.md

All documentation now correctly states type parameters are required with
no defaults, making v0.6.0 a breaking change requiring code updates.
