test: implement simulation of independent AR(1) channels and add consistency test for univariate and multivariate scaling

Added an AR(1)-based regression test that simulates identical independent channels, runs univariate and multivariate samplers, and checks frequency alignment plus percentile ratio statistics on the diagonal PSDs to guard against scaling mismatches.
