feat(facet-json): add SerializeOptions for flexible JSON formatting

Consolidates `to_writer`/`to_writer_pretty` into options-based API
per issue #1070.

New `SerializeOptions` struct with:
- `pretty` flag for enabling pretty-printing
- `indent` field for custom indentation string

New functions:
- `to_string_with_options`
- `to_writer_with_options`
- `to_writer_std_with_options`
- `peek_*` variants for all above

Existing `_pretty` functions now delegate to options-based versions.
