Better relative paths (#308)

* set file paths as relative to the JSON paths

* add path dict keys

* remove folder item from public dataset json

* retrocompatibility with absolute paths in jsons

* manage unix absolute paths

* fix absolute paths windows -> unix

* add tests for relative_to_absolute

* add test for dict relative and absolute paths serialization

* use tmp_path in path test
