Add custom CA certificate support

- Add customCACerts configuration in values.yaml to enable custom CA certs
- Mount custom CA certificates to /etc/ssl/certs/custom-ca-certificates.crt
- Update http_util.go to load and append custom CAs to system cert pool
- Support both OAuth and mTLS authentication with custom certificates
- Add custom-ca-secret.yml template for certificate secret management

Custom certificates are appended to system CA pool, ensuring both
system and custom certificates are trusted for HTTPS connections.
