test: improve test coverage for models and jobs

追加したテスト:
1. SiteSetting モデル
   - default_og_image_url メソッド
   - author_display_enabled (boolean変換)
   - openai_api_key と configured チェック
   - 空白値許可バリデーション (copyright, default_og_image, hero_background_image, openai_api_key)
   - site_title の空白値禁止バリデーション
   - copyright_text フォーマット (カスタム/デフォルト)

2. ApplicationRecord モデル
   - 抽象クラスの検証
   - 継承関係のテスト

3. ApplicationJob ジョブ
   - ActiveJob::Base 継承の検証
   - クラス構造のテスト

SimpleCov設定の改善:
- カバレッジ測定時は並列実行を無効化 (精度向上)
- RAILS_ENV を SimpleCov 開始前に設定

テスト数: 228 → 242 (+14tests)
カバレッジ: 78.73% → 78.95% (+0.22%)
