Speeded up the simulations.

The main difference that was necessary was that the SN class was being
created separately for each visit. Since we are trying to write light
curve of objects one by one, recreating the instance is definitely what
we want to avoid
- The speed is similar to the current master branch in that it takes ~
  1.2 min to write a  NSIDE=256 tile. The master branch ~ 1 min
- It is not the LightCurve class that takes much time.
- This is not writing out the SN param table
