* Replaces the `python-coveralls` dependency (abandoned) for the
`coverallsapp/github-action`
  * Updates the `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` to Contributor Covenant v3.0

No.

The code of conduct is stock and should be adapted to our particular
culture, specifically the `Addressing and Repairing Harm` section.
