#76: Fix documentation navigation hierarchy for transaction pages

Added proper Jekyll frontmatter to transaction documentation pages that were appearing in the root menu instead of their correct parent sections.

Changes:
- docs/api/interfaces/transactional-db.md: Added parent "Interfaces" hierarchy
- docs/api/interfaces/transaction-manager.md: Added parent "Interfaces" hierarchy
- docs/configuration/transaction-settings.md: Added parent "Configuration" hierarchy

All three pages now appear in their correct sections with proper nav_order and styling classes consistent with other documentation pages.
