Fix CheckBox DeprecationWarning by using user_args instead of user_arg (#1079)

The CheckBox widget was triggering a DeprecationWarning when using
on_state_change with user_data, because it internally called
connect_signal() with the deprecated user_arg parameter instead
of the new user_args parameter.

This fix:
- Uses user_args=(user_data,) when user_data is not None
- Maintains backward compatibility
- Eliminates the DeprecationWarning
