Improve `--config` option and disable `--wizard` option (#26)

*   Print a separate effective config for each conf leap.
*   Sync common fields for `global` and `local` configs.
*   Obsolete: `FT_32_54_11_56.wizard_mode.md`.
*   Rename `FT_00_22_19_59.merged_config.md` to `FT_00_22_19_59.derived_config.md`.
*   Keep `*.json` config (instead of `*.toml` or `*.py`).
*   Render confid data in `*.py` with annotations.
*   Add `AbstractConfigVisitor` and re-implement other algos based on this.
*   Improve rendering for config data:
    *   Render `"key": "value"` in one line for `dict`.
    *   Comment out not present fields (provide description regardless).
    *   Add multiple colors to annotate config output.
*   Rename field `env_build_root_dir_rel_path` to `build_root_dir_rel_path`.
*   Rename field `env_install_extras` to `install_extras`.
