Implement proc macro for extension attrs with improved diagnostics

- Create facet-core-proc-macros crate using unsynn for parsing
- Use trait IsValidAttr<A> with {A} to show just the attr name in errors
- Add #[diagnostic::do_not_recommend] to suppress noisy impl suggestions
- Fix shadowing trick: outer scope fallback, inner scope glob import
- Preserve Ident spans for better error locations
- Error now points to the attribute and shows the attr name cleanly
