#64: Enhance documentation with diagrams, callouts, and recipes

Phase 1 & 2 Complete (45% of planned improvements):
- Add color-coded Mermaid architecture diagram
- Add strategic callouts (warnings/tips/notes) to user guides
- Enhance comparison tables with emojis and recommendations
- Create recipes section with PostgreSQL and testing recipes (1000+ lines)
- Add "What You'll Learn" sections to all guides
- Create documentation standard guide
