Add createObjectParser combinator with type tests

Add a new parser combinator that takes an object of parsers or literals
and produces a parser that constructs an object. Underscore-prefixed keys
are executed but excluded from the result type, useful for parsing
delimiters. Literal types are preserved for tagged union patterns.

- Add createObjectParser to src/objectParser.ts
- Add runtime tests in src/objectParser.test.ts
- Add tsd type tests in src/objectParser.test-d.ts
- Add tsd to CI workflow and devDependencies
